IF THE “BEHIND THE SCENES” VIDEOS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FREE ON YOUTUBE, WHAT DO I GET WITH MY COURSE PURCHASE?

All videos in the “Behind the Scenes” categories can be found for free on the Payton Ruddock YouTube Page. When you purchase a course, you are gaining access to additional course materials including all Lighting Diagrams found in the Behind the Scenes videos as well as some not shown, Gear Lists for all gear used during the photo shoot, Image Galleries for images created during the photo shoot, and Payton’s personal Pro Tips for how he approached different lighting scenarios and image ideas.

WHEN I PURCHASE A COURSE, HOW FAST WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE?

After you payment is processed, you course will immediately appear in the “MY COURSES” page within your account. All free, Behind the Scenes videos are available on YouTube, and your Course Materials and downloads will always be available to you from the Lesson Page associated with the course.

CAN I ACCESS MY COURSES FROM MY IPHONE / ANDROID / IPOD / IPAD / TABLET / COMPUTER?

Once you have purchased a course, all course materials become available through the Course Page and associated Lesson Page. See the Lesson Materials to access any and all files associated with that course from any platform. The website is available in desktop and mobile formats.

WILL THE VIDEOS WORK ON PC AND MAC?

Yes. All files are independent of Operating System platform.

CAN I DOWNLOAD “BEHIND THE SCENES” VIDEOS FOR OFFLINE USE?

Purchased “Tutorials” are available for offline download and viewing, but “Behind the Scenes” videos are not available at this time. All videos for “Behind the Scenes” footage are hosted by YouTube and available on that platform. There are third-party applications available that will allow for you to download them for offline use but Learn.PaytonRuddock.com does not provide offline “Behind the Scenes” videos at this time.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO GAIN ACCESS TO MY PURCHASES?

Yes. We do not offer Guest access at this time. Account creation is required for you to purchase and view Course Materials. If you experience any issues, please email us at learn@paytonruddock.com for assistance.

I LOST THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT

No problem! Just click on the “Log In” button and you’ll be taken to a log in page. From there, simply click the “Forgot your password/username” and follow the simple instructions to receive an email and reset your password. If you are still having trouble after following these steps, feel free to contact us at learn@paytonruddock.com for assistance.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU CREATE NEW CONTENT?

As often as we can! We can’t say that it will consistently be weekly or monthly, but we try to create Behind the Scenes videos as often as possible as well as Tutorials and other tools Payton uses as a working photographer. DO THESE TUTORIALS HAVE ANY SUBTITLES OR LANGUAGE OPTIONS?

We’re sorry, but at this time the tutorials are only available in English.
