I loved this behind the scenes video because it showed a diverse array of lighting scenarios that you can find inside of a small studio space. We were shooting with a limited amount of time with each of the models so some of the setups are shown pretty briefly, but I dive into the lighting setups in more details in the Lighting Diagrams that come with this course. If you want to check out setups that use natural light, one light, two lights, and three lights in all sorts of different setups, then this is the course for you!
In this video you see me working with multiple models in different scenarios, each with their own look, style, and feel. Everything from super dark and moody to very bright and energetic, I kind of covered the spectrum over the course of the few minutes in the video working with amazing models from the Wilhelmina modeling agency in Los Angeles, CA. I always try to put in a call to Wilhelmina when I’m headed into town because it’s a great way for me to get some quick practice in and boost my confidence before a big shoot as well as create some great content and make the most out of my time while I’m in the city. Be sure to give the video a watch and don’t forget to purchase the course if you want to see a more in-depth dive into the lighting setups, camera settings, and tips from each shot. I’ve added 8 unique lighting diagrams for this course along with explanations and Pro Tips for how to utilize and maximize them to better your photography!
